My goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to my customers.   If you are not happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it.  I will do everything in my power to make it right for you.   All of my items come with a complete customer satisfaction guarantee. 

  

 

Returns

To help prevent the need for returns, all designs have photos and detailed text descriptions.  If you have any questions, please contact me via reyerware@cox.net  with any questions prior to ordering.

If for any reason I have misrepresented or listed an item that was not clear and up to your expectations, please contact me via e-mail at reyerware@cox.net within three days of receipt to receive return authorization.  Returned items must be shipped back in the original packaging and must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.  Customer pays for return shipping.   Items must be shipped within three days of return authorization. 

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important; you can rest assured that I will not share or sale any of your information unless required by law.

 

Photography, sizing, colors

Due to color variation from computer to computer, some colors displayed on your monitor may look different from the actual color of the bead, stone, glass, crystal, metal, etc.  Images are not necessarily the actual size.  Please read the descriptions carefully as I strive to provide accurate sizes and dimensions.
